How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Are your cans BPA-free?
Yes, we prioritize your health and safety. All Natural Catch products are packed in BPA-NI (BPA Non-Intent) lined cans to ensure no harmful chemicals leach into our premium seafood.
